Master Bert says! Fear can produce many different kinds of physical, mental and emotional reactions. It can cause butterflies in the gut, anxiety, depression, trembling, sweat, nausea, paralysis, anger, aggression towards others or even a euphoric feeling of excitement and pleasure. It is very important to study your fears and their underlying causes.
Observe and study what triggers these feelings and your reactions to them. In many cases, certain fears may be the result of a past experience. They may relate to some deeper past problem or emotional mindset we may have had as far back as early childhood, even though we may not recall it.
We have all experienced fear on both levels, as the conqueror and as the defeated. When we have been the victor we have used, sometimes unconsciously, a game plan. When we have succumbed to fear we were snared by not applying the same system.
