7AM classes & Wednesday 6:15 PM class schedules will be changing.
Wednesday 6:15 PM class will be a weightlifting class only. If your CrossFit goals include working on technique and improving your oly lifts, this class is for you!
7 AM Class is canceled until the Summer season!
